‘Thank you from the bottom of this mom’s heart’

From the beginning of our first email to Dr. Sternberg to the weeks after surgery, the Sternberg clinic has been the most supportive and compassionate to our son.

My son had been dealing with pilonidal disease for 2 years prior to me finding Dr. Sternberg. After many failed treatments, wound care for a year, and a surgery that left him worse off, I desperately search the internet for another doctor with experience in the field of this disease. Little did I know this would be the absolute miracle we were looking for.

This disease took my son’s love of baseball and hopes of playing college baseball away. He just couldn’t fight the bleeding and drainage that was a constant everyday battle. He even played a whole season as the HS varsity quarterback. But the GREAT news is he is completely healed and Dr. Sternberg was AMAZING!!! His compassion and care for my son was impeccable and we were in great hands. Thank you from the bottom of this mom’s heart. You have given us our boy back. He is now working fulltime and has his smile and laugh back!
