Pilonidal Surgery at The Sternberg Clinic
Every year, hundreds of patients from throughout the US, Canada, Europe, Asia, and the Mideast experience a successful lifetime cure for their pilonidal disease at The Sternberg Clinic. Many have suffered for years and have endured many failed operations by other surgeons. Many have required care in wound clinics, wound vac therapy, bedrest, and weeks or months or years off of work or school.
The Sternberg Clinic is a unique surgical clinic that specializes in the care of complex pilonidal disease and wounds from prior failed operations. After performing hundreds of surgeries, Dr. Jeffrey Sternberg has achieved a 99% initial cure rate on even the most complex of cases, and a 100% cure rate on the few patients that we have had to re-operate on.
Dr. Sternberg’s Cleft Lift procedure for pilonidal disease sets the ‘Gold Standard’ for a surgical cure. In a single year, Dr. Sternberg performs more pilonidal operations than many surgeons will perform in a career of practice.
If you live within driving distance of San Francisco, please email us or call to schedule a consultation. If you live far away, please visit our section on Traveling for Surgery for more information and patient instructions.
