Amaya brings a deep-rooted passion for healthcare. With a background as an EMT and nursing assistant, Amaya enjoys providing compassionate and effective patient care. Amaya has earned a B.S in Bio-psychology from UCSB and hopes to become a Physician Assistant (PA). Born and raised in the coastal community of Santa Cruz, Amaya loves nature and outdoor sports including soccer, surfing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, and exploring the beauty and hills of San Francisco, accompanied by her beloved dog. Amaya is thrilled to bring her skills and enthusiasm to The Sternberg Clinic. With her role as Medical Office Coordinator, she is here to connect with you.

Adela Liang
Medical Assistant
Adela recently graduated with a B.S. in Biological Sciences and Religious Studies minor from UC Santa Barbara. These past 2+ years, she has gained research experience in addiction neuroscience at UCSB and is very passionate about combining science, wellness, and compassionate care in clinical settings!
Adela was born and raised in SF, but she still prefers the sunny weather over the fog. During my free time, she likes to run, play volleyball, and hang out with her sister!

Originally from Granada, Spain, Pablo studied Biology at the University of Granada before discovering a passion for code and digital design. After some time on the East Coast, he moved to California in 2022. Meticulous by nature and always curious, Pablo blends a scientific mindset with a love for clean, intuitive interfaces. After many years performing major abdominal operations including open and laparoscopic resections for colon cancer, rectal cancer, Crohn’s disease, and Ulcerative colitis, I have chosen to concentrate my efforts in a few highly specialized areas of surgery where I feel I can make the greatest positive impact on patients.
