After years of my son having a Pilonidal Cyst and being seen by several Dermatologists, Doctors and a General Surgeon, at the point of exasperation, we found Dr. Sternberg in San Francisco. He is a confident, knowledgeable Doctor, who knows what he’s doing when it comes to this form of cyst. Charlie has been dealing with the reoccurrence of infections for over 3 years. He was at the point of depression. Finally, this week he had the cyst removed. He is recovering with me at home and I’m happy with his progress so far. Dr. Sternberg has a good bedside manner and you feel like you are in capable hands. I am confident in Dr. Sternberg’s work and obviously he is successful as people travel across the globe for his expertise. Thank you to Dr. Sternberg for his work and for putting up with the very loud and outspoken Brit that I am. Also, thanks to his very efficient team who took care of Charlie, including his office support, who guided us along the way.
